背景
Bookonnect is product designed to improve the ease of joining and creating a book related events. In 2015, I got this freelance project of conducting conceptual design of Bookonnect. My client’s requests are as follows:

About users
After sitting down with my client, I got the requests of designing for two typical use cases:
1. Users who consume and look for events online.
2. Users who create and initiate events.

On-boarding experience
In order to increase traffic to this app and create a user-friendly impression for them at first time, I brought up the idea of animated splash pages to intrigue user’s interest and engagement in this product.
Interaction designing was created by Principle software.
